Shipping & Care
Every scarf is sent from Tbilisi, Georgia, folded flat in its own box. One scarf, one parcel, tracked the whole way.
Where we ship and what it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery country. There are three rates.

Within Georgia, delivery is arranged on request: you can pick up your scarf in Tbilisi or have it brought by a local courier. Write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or at info@murka.studio and we will agree the details.
We do not ship to the United States at the moment. This is a customs matter rather than a shipping one, and we would rather say so plainly than let a parcel sit at the border.
Prices on this site do not include import duty or VAT. Your country may charge them on arrival, and the carrier will ask you to pay before handing the parcel over. In the European Union this is usually around 20–25% of the order value. We have no way to collect it for you, and a refused parcel comes back to us — so please count on it when you order.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You will get the number by email once the scarf is handed over to the post. Delivery times above are the carrier's, not ours: customs can add a week, and December adds more.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day the scarf reaches you to change your mind. Write to info@murka.studio and we will tell you where to send it. The scarf should come back unworn and in its box; return postage is yours. We refund within 14 days of the scarf arriving back, to the card you paid with.
If a scarf arrives damaged or not as described, that is on us — write to us and we cover everything. Full conditions are in the Terms.
Care
Silk twill is more forgiving than it looks, but it does not like soaking or heat.
- Dry clean, or hand wash cold — no soaking, no wringing.
- Dry flat, away from direct sun.
- Iron on low, on the reverse side, while slightly damp.
- Store folded rather than hung, out of the light.
