Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can and we do not sell any of it. This page says exactly what we hold, why, and how to make us delete it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- When you order — your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and what you bought. We need all of it to send you a scarf and to fill in the customs declaration.
- When you write to us — your name, email and the message itself.
- When you pay — nothing. You enter your card details on the secure payment page of Flitt, our payment provider; they never reach us.
The cart and your saved items are kept in your own browser, not on our side.
Why, and on what basis
We use your order data to perform the contract between us — to make, send and if necessary refund your order. We keep records of sales because Georgian tax law requires it. We answer your messages because you wrote to us. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and you can stop it at any time.
Who else sees it
- Flitt (TPAY LLC, Georgia) — processes the payment and receives the order amount and the contact details needed for it; your card details go only to Flitt and your bank.
- Georgian Post and the carriers it hands over to — receive the delivery address and the customs declaration.
- Google — our order and product records sit in Google Sheets, and the contact form runs on Google Apps Script.
That is the whole list. We do not pass your data to anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Leaving the EU
We are based in Georgia, so your data is stored outside the European Economic Area. Georgia has its own data protection law and the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for it. We rely on the transfer being necessary to perform the contract you asked for. If that is not acceptable to you, please do not order from this site.
How long we keep it
Order records: six years, as tax law requires. Correspondence: two years, then deleted. Nothing is kept “just in case”.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to what we are doing with it. Write to info@murka.studio and we will answer within 30 days. Deletion is limited by the tax records we are obliged to keep.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your cart and saved items locally so they survive a page reload; that data never leaves your device.
